The Missouri Nurses Association would like to invite you to participate as an exhibitor at our 2026 Missouri Nurse Advocacy Day on February 25. 

This year's event will be delivered as a live, in-person program at the Capital Bluffs Event Center located at 1616 Oilwell Rd., Suite B in Jefferson City, with an afternoon spent at the Missouri State Capitol networking with legislators. 

Missouri Nurse Advocacy Day is intended to increase awareness of the political process for all nurses and nursing students. The event expands participants’ understanding of the legislative process and provides them with effective techniques for advocating for their patients and practice. This event will focus on why legislative advocacy is important, identifying the Missouri Nurses Association’s key legislative priorities, as well as sharing what is needed from each nurse in the state to be successful at the Capitol.

Missouri Nurse Advocacy Day will provide an excellent opportunity to network with nurses and nursing students and faculty and we hope you will choose to join us. 

Please make note of the adjustments to the agenda and location for this year's program. Registration and exhibits open at 8:00 am, the program begins at 9:00 am along with the Recognition Luncheon (for all in attendance) and exhibits will close at 1:00 pm. Participants will not be returning to the event center after 1:00 pm for any educational sessions.

Who will be in Attendance?

Missouri RNs and nursing students throughout the state are invited to participate in this year's event, giving you an opportunity to market your product, service or event to nurses from a variety of practice settings and educational levels. Approximately 80% of participants will be student nurses, representing Schools of Nursing across Missouri, and 20% experienced, registered nurses from a variety of settings.

Display Fees

  • Exhibit Fees - $500.00 per table/space

Exhibitor display fees include one, six-foot clothed table, chair(s) and one ticket to the Recognition Luncheon.

Two Ways to Register:

The deadline to register is January 25, 2026. Exhibit space is limited, so please register as soon as possible so we may reserve a table for you.

Refund/Cancellation Policy – Exhibitor/Sponsor fees, less a $100.00 enrollment processing fee, will be refunded to exhibitors who cannot attend and notify the Missouri Nurses Association/VTL Solutions office in writing of the cancellation before January 25, 2026. No refunds will be made after January 25, 2026.
