The Missouri Nurses Association and Missouri Organization of Nurse Leaders  would like to invite you to sponsor the 2024 Nurse Leadership Forum - Restoring Joy with a Healthy Work Environment scheduled for August 29 at the Capital Bluffs Event Center in Jefferson City, MO.

The Nurse Leadership Forum will provide an excellent opportunity to network with nurse leaders and frontline nurses from across the state and we hope you will choose to join us. Our goal is to have front-line nurses and nurse leaders from every hospital and health related industry come together to facilitate and enhance a Healthy Work Environment in Missouri and restore joy into the practice of nursing. 

Corporate sponsorships are available with levels ranging from $500.00 to $2,000. As a sponsor of the 2024 Nurse Leadership Forum, you will receive preferred table placement, advertising opportunities and recognition of your support in a variety of methods depending on the level of sponsorship.  

Exhibits will be held on August 29 beginning at 8:00 am. Attendees will visit exhibits throughout the day, including an hour prior to the start of the program at 9:00 am, networking breaks, and around the luncheon. The day concludes at 3:00 pm.

All Missouri RNs will be invited to participate in this year’s event giving you an opportunity to market your product, service or event to nurses from a variety of practice settings and educational level, from all four corners of the state. The deadline to register is August 5, 2024. Exhibit space is limited, so please notify us of your intent to exhibit as soon as possible so we may reserve a table for you.

Refund/Cancellation Policy – Sponsor fees, less a $100.00 enrollment processing fee, will be refunded to sponsors who cannot attend and notify the Missouri Nurses Association/Midwest MSD office in writing of the cancellation before August 1, 2024. As of August 1, 2024, materials are in production and no refunds will be made. 

NOTE: Sponsor applications/registrations are reviewed by the Missouri Nurses Association and the Missouri Organization of Nurse Leaders leadership. If it is determined that a company or individual’s product, services or information conflicts with or contradicts the mission, purpose or policies of either association, the application will be denied, and if applicable, a refund will be issued.
