Drawing from her own journey as a nurse leader and beside ICU nurse, Nikule will highlight how joining a professional organizations like ANA & MONA fosters community, cultivates leadership, and provides a platform to influence the future of nursing. Attendees will leave empowered to use their voices, step into professional spaces with confidence, and understand why their presence in these spaces truly matters.

About the Speaker: 

Nikule Abel BSN, RN - ANA Director at Large, Recent Graduate

Nikule Abel is a dedicated registered nurse in the Cardiovascular Surgery and Transplant ICU at Mayo Clinic. She serves on the American Nurses Association (ANA) Board of Directors as the Recent Graduate Member. Passionate about nursing leadership, health equity, and empowering new nurses, Nikule advocates for professional engagement and lifelong learning within the nursing community. She is also a proud wife and mother of three, balancing her professional pursuits with a deep commitment to family life. Nikule is dedicated to advancing the voice of early-career nurses and shaping the future of the profession through advocacy and service.
