The Missouri Nurses Association and Missouri Organization of Nurse Leaders would like to invite you to participate as an exhibitor at our 2026 MONA/MONL Nurse Leadership Forum - Leading with Humanity: Building a Culture that Supports Nurses on August 12. 

This year's event will be delivered as a live, in-person program at the Capital Bluffs Event Center located at 1616 Oilwell Rd., Suite B in Jefferson City.

The Nurse Leadership Forum will provide an excellent opportunity to network with nurse leaders and frontline nurses from across the state and we hope you will choose to join us. Our goal is to have front-line nurses and nurse leaders from all care settings come together to collaborate in restoring a culture of civility through Communication, Collaboration, Consistency, and Compassion back into the practice of nursing.

On behalf of Missouri Nurses and Nurse Leaders, we appreciate your consideration and would be honored to receive your support through participation as an exhibitor!

Display Fees

• Exhibit Fees - $500.00 per table/space

Exhibitor display fees include one, six-foot tabletop display, chair(s) and one ticket to luncheon.

The deadline to register is July 1, 2026. Exhibit space is limited, so please register as soon as possible so we may reserve a table for you.

NOTE: The exhibit area is located on the second floor of the Capital Bluffs Event Center, overlooking the general session space, and is accessible by stairs only. Please keep this in mind when planning the materials and products you bring for display.  

Refund/Cancellation Policy – Exhibitor/Sponsor fees, less a $100.00 enrollment processing fee, will be refunded to exhibitors who cannot attend and notify the Missouri Nurses Association/VTL Solutions office in writing of the cancellation before July 1, 2026. No refunds will be made after July 1, 2026.

NOTE: Exhibitor applications/registrations are reviewed by the Missouri Nurses Association and the Missouri Organization of Nurse Leaders leadership. If it is determined that a company or individual’s product, services or information conflicts with or contradicts the mission, purpose or policies of either association, the request to display will be denied, and if applicable, a refund will be issued.
